VOLUNTARY PRE-COMMITMENT
Panania Diggers takes problem gambling seriously and has always been proactive in this regard, promoting Gambling Help services throughout the club and online.
Voluntary pre-commitment allows individuals to gamble within their means. If they are concerned about their gambling, they can set a limit for themselves on their member card before they play the gaming machines. Once the pre-determined limit is reached, the player will be alerted by the player console and a message sent to the manager who will attend to the machine to determine the necessary action required.
The scheme gives the player the ability to keep track of their daily, weekly and monthly gaming spend and there are options available, such as: exclusion from gaming promotions for 24 hours once a pre-set limit has been reached; cooling off periods for increasing limits and real-time implementation of reduced limits at the player’s request.
To participate in voluntary pre-commitment, please see one of our Venue Managers and they will assist.
If you want to talk to someone who can help with information, counselling and referral, call Gambling Help 1800 858 858. Gambling Help Line counsellors are available at any time, 24 hours a day.
PLAYER ACTIVITY STATEMENTS
Panania Diggers members have access to player activity statements. Members can obtain a record of their gaming activity if their membership card has been inserted during game play.

Drunk and disorderly patrons
Noise disturbance
To comply with RSA laws, licensees and venue staff must:

Not serve anyone who shows these signs

Understand the principles of ‘standard drinks’ and drink driving levels
Discourage patrons from actions that can harm themselves or others
Understand the impact of alcohol on our community
