SEEKING MATURE/EXPERIENCED CASUAL – Accounts Payable and Administration Assistant

You will enjoy a busy and varied role which will be Casual with the role filling 3-4 days per week. This position reports directly to the Financial Controller and has primary responsibility for the following portfolios (but not limited to):

  • Assisting the Financial Controller,
  • Assisting Administration Coordinator as required.
  • Account Payable and associated functions
  • General Ledger Data Entry
  • Data Entry as required,
  • Preparation of Artist Wages and Maintenance of Ledger,
  • Stationery ordering and monitoring as necessary,
  • Membership administrative tasks
  • Reception Relief,
  • Archiving Register and Maintenance of same,
  • Assisting other staff as required,
  • Provide support and relief to the Office
  • Also essential to this position is a RSA certification
  • Essential to be considered for the role
  • Strong accounts payable experience
  • Accurate reconciliation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy fast paced environment
  • Conversant with general ledger and GST coding

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Certificate in Office Administration or similar,
  • Club Industry Experience,
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages including MS Word and Excel,
  • KSC Software packages experience highly desirable.
